新创企业薪酬制度研究——基于机会导向的创业战略 被引量:1

摘要 新创企业成长的过程也可以看作是新创企业面对创业机会不断调整竞争战略的过程。而薪酬制度作为对企业战略的支撑对创业企业有着重要的作用。本文根据不同创业机会导向的创业战略,探讨了基于这些创业战略的薪酬制度,希望予新创企业有一定程度上的借鉴。
