知识与资源匹配结构对企业动态能力演进的影响

摘要 本文通过深入分析企业知识匹配结构、资源匹配结构及知识与资源间匹配结构,用13个参变量来构建了企业知识与资源匹配结构模型,并分析了其对企业动态能力演进的影响,结果表明:企业知识匹配结构和企业资源匹配结构的各参量都对企业动态能力的演进速度具有直接的正向影响,企业知识与资源匹配结构中有三个参量对企业动态能力演进有间接的正向影响,四个参量有直接的正向影响。模型中所有的参量都存在可能使企业动态能力演进方向发生逆转的最低临界值。
