论开放存取对学术交流的影响(一)——基于科研人员视角的分析

The Influence of Open Access on Scholarly Communication from the Perspective of Researchers

作为一种全新的学术交流方式,开放存取运动的兴起给学术交流活动的各个方面都带来了重大影响。科研人员是学术交流系统的基本构成要素,必然要受到开放存取运动的影响。文章从科研信息获取、科研成果发表及其学术影响力等三个方面分析了开放存取对科研人员的具体影响。

As a new way of scholarly communication,open access has exerted a great influence on the scholarly communication activities in all aspects since the rise of open access movement.It is certain that the researchers,as the basic elements of scholarly communication system,are affected by the open access movement.This paper analyzes the detailed influence that open access brings to the researchers from the following aspects: the access to research information,the publishing of research achievement and its research impact.
