摘要
开放存取运动的迅猛发展,对于现有的学术交流机制产生了重大的影响。本文基于学术出版机构的视角,从出版市场主体的多元化、学术出版物价格的变化和传统版权政策的松动三个方面论述了开放存取运动对于旧学术交流体系的颠覆,对建立新兴的自由平等的学术交流体系的促进作用。
The rapid development of open access movement has a significant impact on the existing academic exchange system.Basing on the perspective of academic publishers,this article discusses the subversion of old academic exchange system by open access movement,and the promotion of establishing an emerging free and equal academic exchange system from three aspects which are diversification of publishing market participants,change of academic publications price and looseness of traditional copyright policy.
