非物质文化遗产信息资源档案式管理的瓶颈与突破

The Bottlenecks and Breakthroughs of Archival Management of Intangible Cultural Heritage Information Resources

档案式管理已成为信息时代开发利用非物质文化遗产信息资源的方法之一。本文在分析非物质文化遗产信息资源管理现状的基础上,指出了非物质文化遗产信息资源档案式管理的瓶颈,并进一步从建立建档协调工作组、实行备份归档与容灾制度、设置分类层级、制定非物质文化遗产建档标准与实施细则、重视档案部门的参与等方面着手,提出了突破非物质文化遗产信息资源档案式管理瓶颈的方法。

In information era,archival management has become one way of exploiting and utilizing the information resources of intangible cultural heritage.This paper,based on the analysis of the status quo of the intangible cultural heritage information management,points out the bottlenecks of archival management of intangible cultural heritage information resources,and then puts forward some suggestions to break through these bottlenecks from the following aspects such as the establishment of coordination work group,the implement of backup-archival and tolerant system,the setting of scientific classification levels,the constituting of standards and detailed regulations,the attention to the participation of archive departments and so on.
