摘要
信息服务理念的发展和演化经历了以信息资源为中心和以信息交流为中心两个阶段,如今的信息服务正朝着以信息用户为中心的方向发展,信息服务中的用户体验也逐渐成为信息服务行业发展关注的焦点。本文首先介绍了用户体验的相关理论,并结合有关理论提出了用户体验推荐模型,指出了用户体验设计的目标和方向以及相应的评价因素,并以团购模式为例具体阐述了提升网络信息服务中用户体验的方案和措施。
The development and evolution of information service has experienced two stages:one is taking information resource as the center,the other is focusing on information communication.Now information service is developed toward the user-centered direction.User experience of information service is becoming the focus of industry.On the basis of the international classical theories about user experience,the paper developed the model of user experience,proposed a promoted user experience model of network information service,meanwhile,it came up with the goals,direction and evaluation factors of user experience design.Finally,the essay took online group-buying as an example to explain how to enhance user experience of network information services.
