高血压脑病的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 高血压脑病(hypertensive encephalopathy,he)是因血压过高突破了脑血流自动调节范围,脑组织血流灌注过多引起的脑水肿及弥漫性严重头痛、呕吐、意识障碍、精神错乱、昏迷、局灶性和(或)全身抽搐的临床症状.1发生机制he的发病机制尚不完全明确,有几种学说[1].
