标准化位点注射A型肉毒毒素治疗颜面部痉挛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the treatment of facial spasm by standardized bit point injection of Botulinum toxin A

目的探讨标准化位点注射A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)治疗颜面部痉挛的有效性、疗效一致性及安全性。方法标准化控制肉毒毒素注射位点的范围,分析连续3轮次治疗的有效率、症状缓解程度及不良反应等。结果共60例颜面部痉挛患者接受了连续3轮次治疗,治疗有效率分别为95.8%、96.4%和98.3%,不良反应率分别为21.7%、21.4%和20.8%。3轮次治疗的起效时间、维持时间、有效率及不良反应率间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准化位点注射肉毒毒素治疗颜面部痉挛患者疗效确切,多次重复疗效一致、不良反应轻微。

Objective To investigate the effectivity,curative effect consistency and security of the treatment of facial spasm by standardized bit point injection of Botulinum toxin A(BTX-A). Methods The scope of sites for BTX-A injection were standardized controlled.The efficacy,degree of symptom relief and the adverse reaction were analyzed after three consecutive therapies in all th patients. Results All 60 patients with facial spasm were received three consecutive therapies.The treatment efficiencies were 95.8%,96.4%,and 98.3%,and the adverse reaction rates were 21.7%,21.4%,and 20.8% respectively.There were no significant differences in the onset time,duration,efficiency and adverse effect rate between the three therapies(P>0.05). ConclusionStandardized bit point injection of BTX-A has the exact efficacy and curative effect consistency of repeated treatment of facial spasm without serious adverse reaction.
