摘要
目的研究陌生和熟悉的人面照片与短声组成不同的刺激序列所诱发的条件负变化(CNV)。方法应用事件相关电位仪和反应时间技术,检测33例脑外伤伴有精神障碍患者与30例正常人的CNV。结果患者的CNV波形不规则,CNV-Ⅱ型(延迟型)尤甚。与正常对照组相比,脑外伤伴有精神障碍患者的潜伏期A点延迟[分别(323±59)m s和(383±61)m s,P<0.05]、波幅B降低[分别(16±5)μV和(9±6)μV,P<0.01]。结论采用照片作为刺激的CNV,可用于脑外伤伴有精神障碍的司法鉴定。
Objective To measure the contingent negative variations(CNV) elicited by different stimulus paradigms consisted of tones and face photos of familiar or stranger persons. Methods By using the Brain Master-16 type ERP machine and the reaction time technology,the CNV from 33 patients with brain trauma accompanied with mental disorders as well as 30 normal subjects was recorded and analyzed. Results The patients showed irregular CNV wave-patterns,especially the type Ⅱ.Compared with normal controls,the patients showed prolonged A latency [(323±59)ms vs(383±61)ms,P<0.05] and decreased B amplitude [(16±5)μV vs(9±6)μV,P<0.01]. Conclusion The CNV elicited by human face pictures can be used for judicial evaluation of brain trauma accompanied with mental disorder.
