卒中后吞咽困难者早期肠内营养支持对预后的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Early Enteral Nutritional Support on Prognosis of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

摘要 目的探讨尽早鼻饲饮食对脑卒中患者营养状况、感染并发症及近期神经功能的影响。方法160例脑卒中伴吞咽困难的患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者于发病后48 h内给予鼻饲肠内营养,对照组患者于发病10 d后给予鼻饲肠内营养。观察两组患者入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平。比较两组神功能缺损改善程度及感染率。结果研究组入院21 d的血清白蛋白及血红蛋白水平明显高于对照组,感染率低于对照组,神经功能缺损改善程度优于对照组。结论卒中后吞咽困难早期鼻饲肠内营养支持可改善机体的营养状况、减少感染、改善近期神经功能。 Objective To evaluate the effects of early enteral nutritional support on the nutrition status,infective complications and the neurological outcome in acute stroke patients.Methods 160 patients with dysphagia were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group had 80 patients who received naso-gastric tube within 48 h after onset,while the patients in the control group received nasogastric feeding 10 d later after onset.The levels of serum albumin and haemoglobin on 21 d in both groups were examined.The neurological deficit outcomes and infective complications within two groups were also compared.Results At 21 day the levels of serum albumin and haemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the incidence of infective complications was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Early enteral nutritional support was helpful in improving the nutrition status and the clinical outcome,reducing infective complications and carrying out the nerve function in acute stroke patients with dysphagia.
