中枢性神经细胞瘤的影像诊断

Imaging Diagnosis of Central Neurocytomas

目的探讨CT、MRI对中枢性神经细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法对31例经MRI、10例同时经CT检查且经病理证实的中枢性神经细胞瘤进行回顾性分析。结果31例肿瘤均起源于透明隔近室间孔附近;均有囊变及不均匀增强,8例CT显示有钙化,CT上肿瘤呈稍低密度,MRI上呈长T1长T2信号。结论中枢神经细胞瘤的典型CT或MRI表现可与脑室内其他肿瘤鉴别, CT显示钙化优于MRI,而MRI显示肿瘤起源及范围优于CT。

Objective To analyse the CT and MRI findings in patients with neurocytomas.Methods Thirty-one patients were examined by MRI,10 of them were also examined by CT.The diagnosis of central neurocytomas were pathologically confirmed.Results The tumors of the 31 cases all originated from the foramen of Monro close to the septum pellucidum.All tumors showed cystic components and enhancement.Contrast medium uptake was visible on both CT and MRI.Eight of ten tumors showed calcification on CT.The tumors showed lower density on CT scan,also hypointensity in T1 and hyperintensity in T2 an MRI scan.Conclusion The typical appearance of central neurocytomas on CT and MRI provides information for the differential diagnosis from other intraventricular tumors. Calcifications is better seen on CT than on MRI,but MRI is superior to CT for the exact determination of origin and position of the tumors.
