The Study on the Finitude of Amending Constitution and China's Approach

宪法修改是现代宪法演进的最重要方式之一,而宪法修改存在界限与否自然成为了宪法学的重要论题。中国宪法应当确立修宪界限,并通过推进基本权利的宪法保障制度建设,强化社会成员的宪法意识,确立宪法中不可修正条款和增设修宪监督委员会等五条具体路径来落实。

Constitution amendment is one of the most important ways of constitution improvement in the present time,and whether the finitude exists for Constitutional Law' becomes the prime topic naturally.The finitude of amending Constitution ought to be established in China,and there are five points for achieving it which consist of speeding up the construction of the principle rights' constitutional protection,strengthening the constitutional consciousness of social members,establishing the 'should not be the amended' constitution clause and Supervision Committee of Amending Constitution.
