Analysis of Legal Supervision's Present Situation and the Optimized Suggestions

在法律监督实践中,检察机关还面临不少难题。首先是法律规定不完善;法律规定滞后,监督存在盲区;其次,检察系统内部监督机制有待完善;再次,缺乏检察官职业保障机制。要解决这些问题应该从制作相关的法律监督法律行规,增强检察人员抵御外部干扰的能力、减少检察人员的后顾之忧;建立完善的检察职业保障机制和检察内部监督机制,不断优化外部监督环境等方面而入手。

In the legal supervision practices,the prosecutors agency still faces many questions.The author unifies local practices,tries from our legal supervision extant question to analyze its reasons: has the legal regime,the prosecutors agency's interior supervisory mechanism,the public prosecutor's job security mechanism,the outside supervision environment and so on;Finally,the author aims at its reason to propose the corresponding optimization suggested that offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas by the time,and everybody may pay more attention.
