在当前新的形势下,公安工作日益趋于紧张、复杂,人口流动性大、违法犯罪问题日益严重、形式多样、社会环境复杂多变,这些无疑都给公安工作带来了新的挑战和巨大压力。人民警察作为打击违法犯罪、维护社会稳定的忠诚使者,承担着的捍卫公平、匡扶正义的神圣使命,身上的责任与压力却越发沉重,人民警察的休息权利正遭受着无情的侵蚀与破坏,这已然是客观存在的现状和不争的事实,它严重挫伤了公安民警工作积极性,削弱着公安队伍的凝聚力与战斗力,对公安机关执法办案造成了不必要的负面影响。

In the current new situation,the public security work becomes increasingly strained and complex.The large mobility,serious and various crime,the complicated social environment,these undoubtedly all has brought new challenges and tremendous pressure to police work.The people's police as faithful messenger who blow illegal crimes and maintain social stability,undertakes sacred missions to safeguard fair,and let justice prevail,their responsibility and pressure are increasingly heavy,their rest rights are suffering from ruthless erosion and destruction,it has been objective existing situation,which badly contuse their enthusiasm and weaken the police team's cohesion and effectiveness.
