我国当前的行政问责制及其发展探析

我国的行政问责制自2003年"非典"时期正式走进公众视野,目前行政问责制建设已经取得了不少成绩,在树立政府公信力方面起到了重要作用。但是纵观行政问责制这几年在我国的发展,其存在的问题也是多方面的,本文通过对现阶段我国行政问责制运行过程中的存在的问题分析,提出了完善行政问责制的若干建议。

From SARS crisis on 2003,the Administrative Accountability System of our country has been developed in recent seven years since it came into the sight of public formally.The construction of administrative accountability system has made much progress,and plays an important part on setting illegal coal pit event these years.But according to its development these years in our country,there still has many problems.The paper through analyzing problems occurred in service,proposing some advice to perfect it.
