浅议党校法学学科建设的定位

The Discussion on the Orientation of the Discipline Construction of Law Science in Party School

为了提高党校教育培训的质量,当前,很多省区级党校和盟市级的基层党校都在积极地进行学科建设,尝试实行模块教学。依法治国方略的确立、《中国共产党党校工作条例》和《2010—2020年干部教育培训改革纲要》的贯彻、党校学员的特点和其法律素质状况决定了党校法学教育的目标和内容。党校的法学教育应当以社会主义法治理念、法治国家基础理论、法制建设的实践为主要内容,增进领导干部的法律知识,提高他们的法律意识、法律素质,提升其依法办事的能力。

In order to enhance the quality of education and training of party school,discipline construction has been actively carried on in many province level party schools and many basic party schools now,module course has been trying to implement.The establishment of general plan of running a country in accordance with the law,The implement of the Regulations on the work of party school and the outline for the reform of Cadres Educational Training in 2011 to 2020,the characteristics and the legal quality of party school student determine the goal and the content of law science education in party school.Law science education in party school must take the Conception of Socialist Role of Law,the elementary theory of country under the rule of law and the Practice of Rule by Law as primary coverage,to promotes leading cadre's legal knowledge,raise their legal awareness,the legal quality,and enhance their ability to act according to law.
