应用型人才培养与高校法学专业实践教学改革研究

Research on Application-typed Talents Development and Law Practice Teaching Reform

法学专业人才培养的社会需求要求高校法学人才培养模式应从传统的通识教育模式向应用型法律人才模式转变,实践性教学模式将成为法学专业教学改革的发展方向。然而,各高校法学专业实践性教学的开展仍存在诸多不足,传统的理论教学仍占据主导地位,实践教学模式单一,实践教学评估体系缺失,实践教学缺乏良好的外表环境。基于目前实践教学的发展现状,未来法学专业实践教学改革应从实践性课程体系建设,实践教学管理体系建设、实践教学评价体系建设、实践教学基地建设等方面加以推进。

Social requirement on development of law-majored talent demands that talent development model in law major should changed from traditional common sense education model to application-typed law talent model.Practice teaching model will become the development orientation of teaching reform of law major.However,law practice teaching in the universities still exist lots of shortcomings,traditional theoretical education is in leading status,practice teaching models are still less,evaluation system of practice teaching is lacking,and practice teaching is short of good external environment.Thus,based on the current developing situation of practice teaching,the improvement of law practice teaching reform in the future from several aspects,such as practical courses system construction,practice teaching management system construction,practice teaching evaluation system construction and practice teaching basement construction.
