According to the provision of guarantee insurance of new insurance law and the development of guarantee insurance in China,the concept,subject,object,nature,and legal application of guarantee insurance is explicit,but the legal questions of the determination of insurance amount,the affirmation of insurance accident,the exertion of insurance subrogation right,and the relationship of guarantee insurance and loan contract are still necessarily discussed.
