大学生就业难已经成为一个较为突出的社会问题,而尤为突出的一个问题就是女性大学生的就业问题。女性大学生就业困难已经成为社会一个不容忽视的现象。虽然现代社会女性的地位已经有了很大提高,女性的作用也逐渐重要起来,但受传统思想观念等因素的影响,使得女性在就业与职业发展中遇到不少困境。应针对高校女性大学生择业与职业发展进行探索,以期找到促进女性大学生实现职业生涯顺利发展的方法。

The difficult of employment of college students has become a prominent social problem,and the particularly problem is the employment of female students.Employment difficulties of female students has become a society phenomenon that can not be ignored.Although the status of women in modern society has been greatly improved,the role of women is becoming increasingly important,but the traditional ideas and other factors makes women encounter many difficulties in employment and career development.We should focus on exploration of employment of female students and career development,in order to find a method for female students to promote the career development smoothly.
