摘要
中国的法学教育无论从生源层次、教师素质还是教学方法培养模式来看,仍存在许多缺陷和不足。要改革我国的法学教育,首先需要实现法律教育与法律援助的良性互动,其次应强化法学教育的开放性和实践性。
In terms of biogenic level,the quality of teachers or teaching training model point of view,there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in China's legal education.To reform which,first,we must achieve the positive interaction between legal education and legal assistance; secondly,we must strengthen the openness and practical Character of legal education.
