摘要
通过对北京大学口腔医院十年间口腔修复学专业患者投诉类型的具体分析,本文认为:口腔修复学专业容易引起医疗纠纷且处理难度较大的诊疗项目是比较集中的;不满意服务质量和医院日常管理不到位是引发医疗纠纷的重要原因之一;医院积极履行告知义务是避免医疗纠纷发生的重要手段.
Through the concrete analysis of the patients' complaint types for Prosthodontics Specialty in Beijing University School of Stomatology,this paper holds the view that it is easy for Prosthodontics Specialty to arouse the medical tangles and is difficult to deal with them.One of the most important reasons is displeasure for the service and the daily management of the hospital which is not in place.The effective way to avoid the tangles is that the hospital should actively perform the duty of disclosure.
