医事法律专业核心课程体系初探

医事法学类课程在医事法律专业课程体系中处于核心地位,该类课程的设置是发挥医学院校培养法律人才优势和特色的重要保障,也是实现医学与法学有机融合的根本途径.本文在分析医事法律专业核心课程设置原则和考量相关因素的基础上,认为医事法律专业应开设《卫生法学》(侧重卫生行政法)、《医事法学》(侧重民事)和《生命法学》等三门核心课程.

The subjects related to medical law the core of the curriculum for the major in medical law．These courses of the category are an important guarantee of cultivating special medical law talents in medical colleges and are fundamental approaches for integrating of physic and law．This paper holds that three courses．namely Health Law( emphasize the sanitary administrative law) ，Medical Law(emphasize the civil law) and Law on Life should be core courses in the major of medical law based on the analysis of curriculum design principles.
