浙江沿海大风形势及其对渔船安全的影响

The Wind Situation its Influence on Navigation Safety of Fishing Boats off Zhejiang

根据浙江省海洋与渔业局渔业船舶水上重大交通事故的统计数据发现,由于海上大风浪造成的海事仅次于碰撞事故,死亡人数和直接经济损失十分惨重;从月份分布看,冬半年发生的海事明显高于夏半年,这主要与冬半年发生的大风形势有直接关系。

The sea perils caused by heavy weather and rough sea which bring heavy death and economic loss are only less than collision accidents based on st atistical figures offered by bureau of Zhejiang ocean and fisheries;The sea peri ls happened more in cold months than in warm months,mainly due to the wind situa tion in cold months.
