摘要
培育抗白叶枯病菌的水稻品种 ,是公认的防治水稻白叶病的一条有效途径。但由于水稻抗性基因单一 ,容易导致对该病抗性的脆弱 ;化学防治方法的效果不理想 ,且易造成环境污染。因此 ,急需探索一条有效、安全、廉价的新途径。本研究从生物防治的角度出发 ,建立了一套新的技术体系 ,利用噬菌体来防治水稻白叶枯病。结果显示 ,特殊的病原噬菌体能够显著地降低水稻白叶枯病的发病率。
It is a common belief that the most effective strategy for the control of the Bacterial blight of rice caused by Xanthomonas or yzae pv.oryzae is breeding of resistant varieties.The frailty of resistance of rice varieties in use is due to simplicity of resistant gene harbored.Chemical control has also been proved to be ineffective to this disease and causes pollution.An effective,cheap and safe method is urgently needed for the control of bacterial blight of rice.In this study, a technical system for the biological control of this disease with phages was established.The results showed that specific phages of pathogen can decrease the diseased plant rate caused by the pathogen and control the disease effectively.
