基于企业信息化的BSC绩效评估研究

一、引言(一)平衡计分卡的基本思想平衡计分卡是哈佛商学院的罗伯特.卡普兰教授和复兴方案公司总裁大卫.诺顿通过大量的实践经验,建立起来的一套管理系统。平衡计分卡主要从财务、客户、内部业务流程、学习和创新四个角度,财务指标和非财务指标两个方面来评价企业的业绩。
