Some Thoughts on the Practical Teaching Reform of Economic Law

近年来关于法学实践教学模式的探讨多停留在模拟法庭和课外实践教学上,对专业课程中的实践教学环节的设计涉及较少。经济法学较之于民法刑法等传统部门法,存在理论体系不完善、法律法规较为散乱等问题,在经济法学的课堂教学中引入实践教学有助于与模拟法庭、法律诊所等实践环节相衔接,实现创新型人才培养目标。

Recent years studies on law practical teaching are confined to simulative court and after - school practice. Few studies concerned the design of a practice phase within the course. Comparatively speaking,the course of economic law is dominated mainly by policies,involves scattered laws and regulations,and lacks a perfected theoretical system. The introduction of a practice phase within the teaching of the course will create a link to simulative court,legal clinic and other forms of practice.
