摘要
以小麦为材料研究SA对小麦幼苗抗寒性的影响.结果表明,经过SA预处理的小麦幼苗中脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量均有所升高,MDA含量则呈现先逐渐降低而后有所升高的趋势.当SA的浓度为1.5 mmol/L时,作物小麦幼苗的抗寒性最强,而当SA的浓度高于1.75mmol/L,小麦的抗寒性并未明显增强.此外,不同浓度的SA对小麦幼苗抗寒性的影响也各有不同,适宜浓度时起促进作用,浓度过高时则有一定的抑制作用.
Effects of exogenous SA on the cold resistance of wheat seedling were studied.The result shows that pretreatment with SA increases the content of proline and soluble sugar in wheat seedlings,and MDA content is gradually decreased at first and then increased.With the SA concentration at 1.5mmol/l,wheat seedlings have the highest cold tolerance,and when the concentration of SA is higher than 1.75 mg/L,the cold tolerance of wheat seedlings is not increased significantly.SAs with different concentrations affect the cold tolerance of wheat seedlings differently.Appropriate concentration can promote the cold tolerance of wheat seedlings,and excessively high concentrations restrain their cold tolerance.
