摘要
用Visuial Basic编制程序,对玻璃毛细管焦点测量法精确测量微量液体折射率进行平面模拟.该方法基于共轴球面光学系统的成像原理,通过读数显微镜对吸入待测液体后毛细管的焦点位置进行单一参数的测量,进而计算出待测液体的折射率.
A program was written in Visual Basic for planar simulation of the precision measurement of the refractive index of micro-quantity liquid by glass capillary focus method.The method is based on the image-forming principle of coaxial spherical optics system.The refractive index of liquid was calculated through measurement of the position of the focus with reading microscope after the liquid was sucked into glass capillary.
