摘要
"界鱼石"现象本为一道独特的自然景观,经济学视角中的这种现象主要表现为经济要素流动的道路是畅通的,但经济要素未能参与当地的经济活动形式或者是参与了但未产生明显的经济效益。云南许多少数民族地区在经济发展过程中存在着与"界鱼石"现象非常类似的情况,使其难以摆脱贫穷落后的局面。因此,应分析其现象产生的原因、弊端,并从环境的改变、加强政府的宏观调控、加快特色资源的资本化以及制度层面的更新等方面进行研究。
'Fish Border Stone' is a unique natural site.In economy it represents the phenomena where the flowing channel is created but the economic elements fail to participate or participate to no avail in local economy.Such 'Fish Border Stone' phenomena are found in many ethnical minority areas in Yunnan and have prevented these areas to shake off poverty.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze their causes and introduce measures in changing the environment,in enhancing governmental macroeconomic control,in accelerating the capitalization of local unique resources,and in updating relevant systems.
