《文化软实力战略研究》一书认为,文化创造力自学术出,教育是学术的动力。学术和教育对发展文化软实力的动力作用,决定了当代教育要培养公民能力和公民精神,培养具有世界能力的中国公民,就必须树立整体的世界视野,打破等级主义和强权主义,以塑造一种平等精神,注意行动的引导和榜样的激励。

Cultural Soft Power Strategy Research concludes that cultural innovation comes from academic studies,and education supplies the drive behind such studies.This function of academic studies and education requires that modern education needs to raise citizen's ability and develop citizen's spirit.In order to obtain global abilities,Chinese citizens need to develop a comprehensive world view and establish an equal spirit by breaking through social rankings and power politics.Adequate attention should be given to providing behavior guide and sound examples.
