A Review and Prospects of New China's Sixty Years of Modern History Studies in Yunnan Ethnic Minority Groups

1949年至1989年,云南近代民族史研究重新起步并向更多领域拓展,1990年至2009年,云南近代民族史研究达到了空前的水平。尽管云南近代民族史研究在新中国成立后取得了长足的进步,但仍然是云南民族史研究的薄弱环节,许多领域还处于相对空白的状态,特别是在专史研究、跨学科研究等方面还有很大的拓展空间。

The years between 1949 and 1989 witnessed the re-start and opening of new fields of study in modern Yunnan ethnic minorities history,which reached to a level never seen before during the years from 1990 to 2009.Although great progress has been made,modern Yunnan ethnic minorities history is still comparatively weak,with blank fields still left untouched,especially in special history studies and cross-disciplinary studies.
