目前 ,就我国来看 ,社会档案意识仍普遍淡薄 ,严重阻碍着档案事业的发展 ,与现代化建设的需要很不适应。本文从历史因素、国民素质因素、法律法规因素、档案本身的因素和档案管理者的因素等方面探讨了社会档案意识淡薄的原因 。

At present,indifference of social archive consciousness is seriously hindering the development of archive work in our country and it is not adapted to the need of modernization construction of social archive consciousness.The reasons for social archive consciousness have been discussed through an analysis of history factors of national diathesis laws and regulations archive archivist and so on.At the same time,measures to strengthen social archive consciousness are put forward in the article.
