An Exploration into the Moral Education in Middle Schools in the Urban Areas

针对城市学生特点 ,要从培养新世纪高素质人才的战略高度来重视中学生的思想道德建设 ;要注重科学的引导教育 ,强化德育育人的手段、方式方法和过程 ;切实抓好班主任队伍建设 ,强化班主任队伍综合素质的提高 ;从心理、生理方面调查、分析和掌握中学生的个性心理特点 ,变消防教育为正向引导 。

Urban middle school students have some special characteristics in physiology, psychology and personality. Their moral education should be based on those features in goal setting, means, methods, processes, guidance, and cultivation of class teachers so as to avoid “emergency” state.
