巴西BCG卡痕阅读的敏感性与特异性
Sensitivity and specificity of BCG scar reading in Brazil
摘要
在巴西社区的一个BCG效果评价试验的横断面调查中,培训过的人员检查儿童的上臂,同时从监护人的来信及儿童接种卡上获得信息。随后护士再对样本进行双盲抽查。两组卡痕阅读有高度的一致性(Kappa=0.839)。以监护人和卡片记录的信息作为金标准获得高敏感性和低特异性。当监护人与接种卡片一致时敏感性仍然高,而当两者不一致时,敏感性仍然高,而特异性非常低。(BCG)卡痕是已接种BCG的好指标。
