摘要 目的 探讨孕中期选择性减胎术在多胎妊娠中的治疗价值.方法 运用超声介导下经腹向胎儿心脏内注入10%氯化钾(kc1)的方法,对17例孕中期的多胎妊娠进行选择性减胎.结果 17例多胎妊娠共减胎18次,减胎成功率100%,共减灭胎儿21个,分娩存活新生儿27个,2例出现并发症,分别为宫内感染及羊水渗漏.结论 超声介导下的孕中期选择性多胎妊娠减胎术是一种安全、有效的手术方法.
