空难后飞行员体内乙醇质量浓度的分析评价 被引量:1

analysis of ethanol mass concentration in pilot's cadaver for air accident investigation

摘要 目的 综述影响飞行员尸体检材中乙醇质量浓度的主要因素,并归纳了当前分析检材中乙醇来源的观点. 资料来源与选择 国内外公开发表的相关论文、著作及美国联邦航空管理局网站上的文献. 资料引用 共引用33篇参考文献. 资料综合 结合文献和美国民用航空医学研究所实验室研究的案例,分析了影响检材中乙醇质量浓度的主要因素,如乙醇在体内的分布代谢规律、尸体腐败情况、检材储藏条件和乙醇检测方法等;并对目前有关检材中乙醇来源的观点进行了归纳. 结论 分析尸体检材乙醇质量浓度时,要充分考虑乙醇在体内分布代谢规律,以及储藏条件和检测方法是否合适,并排除检材污染、乙醇扩散等因素影响,结合尸体解剖、死亡时间等情况,谨慎地做出分析结论. objective to summarize major factors on affecting ethanol concentration analysis and conclude the perspectives on analyzing the sources of ethanol in pilot's cadaver. literature resource and selection regarding articles and works published at home and aboard as well as the literatures published on the homepage of usa federal aviation administration. literature quotation thirty-three references were cited. literature synthesis main factors on affecting ethanol concentration were concluded on the basis of analyzing cases from literatures and civil aerospace medical institute's studies,such as distribution and metabolic rules of ethanol in pilot's cadaver,putrefaction of dead body,preservation condition of pilot's cadaver,test method of ethanol,etc..perspectives on analyzing the sources of ethanol in pilot' s cadaver were concluded as well.conclusions such factors as ethanol diffusion mechanism,cadaver preservation condition and the method of controlling tissue inspection in investigation would influence the result of ethanol mass concentration analysis.the proper autopsy of body fluid and urine,as well as organ tissue,eg.liver,kidney,muscle,etc.,together with the consideration of timing effect,will be helpful to judge the true source of ethanol in pilot's cadaver.
