摘要
复合材料以其比强度高、比模量高、材料可设计性强、成型工艺好及制造成本低等优点,已经成为了风力发电机机舱罩的首选材料。目前,国内在设计和生产机舱罩方面的技术已经基本成熟,但强度计算与产品认证方面的技术水平与国外相比还有一定距离。本文从经典层合板理论[1]出发,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,对某兆瓦级风力发电机机舱罩的极限强度进行了计算分析,根据分析结果对复合材料的结构设计和铺层设计给出理论指导。经验证此法简单可行,可供风力机设计者参考。
Composite materials have some excellent performances such as high ratio of specific strength,high modulus ratio,easily designing and fabricating,lower cost,etc.So it is the first option for the wind turbine nacelle.The technology about nacelle design and fabrication is already matured in the domestic by now.However,there still exists a gap on comparison with some foreign countries in some technical skills such as strength calculation and product certification.Based on the classic laminate theory,the paper calculates the extreme strength for a certain nacelle cover by using the FE software ANSYS.It can be concluded some guideline methods of the composite structural design and laminate layup strategy from the analysis results.The tests demonstrate that this method is simple and practicable.It provides reference for the wind turbine designer.
