多铁性材料BiMnO_3的磁电容效应 被引量:1

摘要 多铁性材料BiMnO3在实验中被观测到的磁相变温度附近的介电异常和巨大磁电容效应,为一定温度区间内共存的铁电性和铁磁性提供了磁电耦合的依据。基于Ginzburg-Landau理论和Heisenberg模型,磁有序通过磁电耦合效应修正多铁性材料系统的热力学势,成功地解释了BiMnO3在磁相变温度附近的巨大磁电容效应。
