摘要
国内酮苯装置经过不断改造、创新,其工艺、设备和仪表控制水平有了较大提高,虽然不同炼厂的酮苯装置加工的原料不同、生产方案不同,但在安全气回收、滤液循环,结晶与冷冻的匹配方面基本相同,可以采用撬装形式的活性炭纤维吸附装置,对安全气中的丁酮和甲苯进行回收,降低溶剂消耗,实现达标排放;采用脱蜡和一段脱油的高、中部滤液进行循环回用,降低总的新鲜溶剂稀释比,最终降低装置能耗和回收冷量;采用以氨压机组提供的冷量来确定装置处理量为主的生产操作模式,并在质量控制上实现卡边操作,装置电耗最大降幅29.76%,最小降幅4.01%。以上技术无需大的投资,建设期短,效果显著,装置能耗可降低25.70kg标油/t原料,混合溶剂消耗可降低0.90kg/t原料。装置在技术改造,或短期小修时,建议应用这些降低溶剂消耗、节约能耗和改善操作环境的新技术。
Through upgrading and innovation,the technology,equipment and instrument controls used by ketone benzene units in China have all improved considerably.Although the ketone benzene units of different refineries process different feedstocks and use different production schemes,their configurations associated with safe air recovery,filtrate circulation and crystallization and refrigeration processes are basically the same.Skid-mounted active carbon fiber adsorption units can be used to recover the butanone and methyl benzene in safe air to reduce the consumption of solvent and meet emission requirements.Other optimization measures include recovering filtrate from the upper and middle sections of the dewaxing and first-stage deoiling processes for reuse,reducing the overall fresh solvent dilution ratio to reduce units′ energy consumption and recover unused refrigeration output,introducing a production operation mode in which the refrigeration output from the ammonia compressor unit is used as the main consideration in determining processing volume,and achieving bounder operations in quality control.The electricity consumption of the unit could drop 4.01%-29.76%.The above measures do not need high investment.The period of construction required is short and the effects of optimization are noticeable.The energy consumption of a unit could drop by 25.70kg of oil equivalent per ton of feedstock and use of blended solvent could drop by 0.90kg per ton of feedstock.These new technologies are recommended to reduce solvent consumption,save energy and improve operating conditions when a unit is experiencing a technical upgrade or short-time small overhaul.
