摘要
锦西石化重油催化裂化装置原设计加工能力140×104t/a;2005年11月进行扩产改造,加工能力达到180×104t/a,反应部分采用北京石油化工科学研究院研发的MIP工艺技术;同时,为解决催化裂化汽油辛烷值偏低的问题,应用兰州石化公司研制的LDR-100催化剂。由于该催化剂的活性增强,随着富气量的增加,吸收稳定系统气液相发生变化,导致干气、液化气和稳定汽油产品质量不合格。为此,对催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统进行技术改造:在流程及操作条件与现场保持一致条件下,适当增加吸收塔、解析塔和稳定塔的塔径,来提高吸收稳定系统装置的处理量;同时新增一台同型号稳定塔底重沸器、新增三组同型号稳定塔顶湿式空冷器。技术改造后,装置运行平稳,总液体收率增加1.96个百分点,干气收率降低1.12个百分点,干气中C3及以上组分含量下降为0.80%,液化气中C5含量下降为0.84%,稳定汽油的饱和蒸汽压合格,提高了装置的经济效益。
PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company′s FCC unit originally had a processing capacity of 140×104t/a.In November 2005,the capacity of the unit was expanded to 180×104t/a.The MIP technology developed by the Beijing Research Institute of Petroleum Processing was introduced in the reaction section of the unit.In addition,as the octane value of the FCC gasoline produced was lower than desired,the LDR-100 catalyst developed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was used to raise the octane value.Since the catalyst has higher activity than the previously used catalyst,as the volume of rich gas increases,the gas and liquid phases of the absorption-stabilization system changed,resulting in the yield of substandard dry gas,LPG and stabilized gasoline.To solve this problem,the company carried out a technical upgrade on the absorption-stabilization system of the FCC unit.The specific measures taken included:properly increasing the diameters of the absorption column,the stripper and the stabilizer while ensuring the process and operating conditions are the same as the field conditions to raise the processing capacity of the absorption-stabilization system;and adding a reboiler of the same model as the existing one at the bottom of stabilizer and three wet-type air coolers of the same model as the existing ones at the top of the stabilizer.After the upgrade,the unit has been operating stably,the total liquid yield rose 1.96 percentage points,the dry gas yield dropped 1.12 percentage points,the contents of C3 and larger components in dry gas dropped 0.80% and the content of C5 in LPG dropped 0.84%.In addition,the saturated vapor pressure of the stabilized gasoline produced meets requirements and the economic efficiency of the unit has improved.
