利用现有催化裂化装置提高丙烯收率是一项颇具前景的经营策略。为了巩固在催化裂化技术市场中的地位,技术供应商之间开展了一系列合作,从事新技术的开发和商业化运行。利用先进的催化剂、添加剂提供低成本的解决方案,推动催化裂化技术的成功运行,如提高丙烯的收率,加工高杂质含量的重质原油,使催化裂化装置排放达标,特别是实现硫氧化物的减排。此外,采用双提升管和多反应区装置改变工艺模式,实现原料多样化。这些技术措施和解决方案,使原来主要生产汽油的催化裂化装置的灵活性更大,在提高汽油调合组分产量的同时还可选择轻循环油产量最大化和/或轻质烯烃产量最大化。可以肯定,催化裂化技术将在现代炼油企业中继续发挥重要作用。
Seeking methods to enhance propylene yield from existing FCCUs appears to be a sound strategy.FCC technology process licensers have followed a trend of forming alliances to strengthen positions in the FCC market and develop and commercialize new technologies.They use advanced catalyst and additive technology to provide low-cost solutions to promote the successful application of catalytic cracking technology.The use of these catalysts and additives can increase propylene yield,allow for processing of high-impurity heavy crude and enable catalytic crackers to meet emission requirements,particularly resulting in a drop in emissions of sulfur oxide.In addition,dual-riser and multi-stage reactors enable modal swings and feed versatility.As a result of the introduction of the above technical measures and solutions,those catalytic crackers which primarily produced gasoline in the past have morphed into more flexible units,enhancing its contributions to the gasoline pool with options to maximize LCO production and/or light olefins.Regardless,it is clear that FCC technologies will continue to hold a prominent role within the modern oil refining complex.
