溶胶-凝胶预处理棉织物的栀子黄稀土染色

Gardenin dyeing with rare earth mordant of sol-gel pretreated cotton fabric

先用溶胶-凝胶预处理棉织物;再以稀土取代常规重金属媒染剂,用于天然染料栀子黄对棉织物染色,并与常规重金属媒染剂替代品明矾处理的染色织物的相关染色性能进行比较,包括上染曲线、提升力曲线、染色牢度及匀染性。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶与稀土的协同作用较明矾可更大地提升染色织物的K/S值,且具有相当或更优的染色牢度。

To improve the dyeability of natural dyes on cotton fabric,sol-gel pretreatment combined with rare earth mordant is applied to gardenin dyeing of cotton fabric instead of conventional heavy metal mordant.Dyeing properties of gardenin with rare earth are compared with those with alum,such as exhaustion curve,building up property,color fastness and evenness.The results show that the dyeings feature improved K/S value and better color fastness with the synergistic effect of sol-gel pretreatment and rare earth.
