摘要
通过筛选金葱粉的材质、形状和规格和配套黏合剂,选择合适目数的圆网,同时考虑印制时金葱粉与其它各色的关系,针对金葱粉印花面料的特点,分析影响印制效果的因素,确定了金葱粉印花的生产工艺和具体参数。采取可行的技术措施,即前处理要充分,分色描稿要分线,金葱粉印花烘干温度为80～100℃、时间5～10 min,135～140℃焙烘2 min。
By selecting glitter powders with good quality,shapes and specifications,appropriate binders and rotary screens with suitable mesh numbers,printing process of cotton fabric is determined.The factors that affecting the printing effects are analyzed,and the technical measures are pointed out,such as complete pretreatment,line separation in color separation and drawing,drying at 80~100 ℃ for 5~10 min,curing at 135~140 ℃ for 2 min.
