摘要
采用潮态汽蒸方法对纯棉帆布进行阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂质量浓度、催化剂质量浓度和汽蒸温度等因素对阻燃效果、织物断裂强力和白度的影响。采用正交试验法优化的工艺为:阻燃剂CFR 350 g/L,催化剂C52 40 g/L,汽蒸温度140℃,汽蒸时间45 min。试验结果表明,纯棉帆布采用汽蒸阻燃整理工艺与传统焙烘工艺相比,不仅能取得与焙烘工艺相当的阻燃效果,而且织物的断裂强力和白度也明显优于焙烘工艺。
Flame-retardant finish of cotton canvas is carried out by steaming method.The influences of concentrations of flame-retardant agent and catalyst,and steaming temperature on flame retardancy,breaking strength and whiteness are investigated.The optimum finishing process is determined with orthogonal tests as follows: flame-retardant agent CFR 350 g/L,catalyst C52 40 g/L,steaming at 140 ℃ for 45 min.The results show that the treated fabric has the similar flame retardancy,higher breaking strength and better whiteness.
