Appropriate humidity in wet processing can save the steam consumption and improve the fabric qualities.This paper covers the humidity control in fabric feeding of singeing,wet fabric feeding of mercerization,moisture of corduroy fabric before pile cutting,conditioning in brushing of corduroy fabric,liquor application of fabric in pad steaming,humidity control in continuous pad dyeing,humidity control in steaming of the prints,humidity control in compressive shrinking,as well as moisture content of the fabric in wet crosslinking.
