摘要
将含有固-固相变材料的水性聚氨酯涂层液涂覆在涤棉织物上,制备具有相变调温功能的织物。考察了涂层厚度、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)用量及相变材料用量等对涂层织物透气透湿性能、冷暖感、导热性能及相变性能的影响,并对织物涂层整理工艺进行优化。结果表明,在涂层厚度为50μm,CMC用量为1.2%,焙烘温度为120℃的条件下,织物涂覆量为15 g/m2,透湿量为6 751.65 g/(m2.24 h)。当相变材料含量为50%时,织物的相变温度为39.71℃,相变焓达到51.745 J/g。
The temperature control polyester-cotton blended fabric is prepared by direct coating aqueous polyurethane(PU) containing solid-solid phase change materials.The factors affecting the moisture management,cold-warm sensation,heat conductivity and phase change property of the coated fabric are discussed,including the coating thickness,the concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) and the content of the phase change materials.The results show that when the coating thickness is 50 μm,the concentration of CMC is 1.2% and the curing temperature is 120 ℃,coated weight of the fabric is 15 g/m2 and the water vapor permeability is 6 751.65 g/(m2·24 h),the content of the phase change materials is 50%,then the phase change temperature of the fabric is 39.71 ℃ and the phase change enthalpy is 51.745 J/g.
