摘要
外消旋环己二胺与L-(+)-酒石酸反应得化合物1,化合物1与3,5-二叔丁基水杨醛缩合,得到手性配体(化合物2),化合物2与Co(OAc)2.4H2O反应生成Salen-Co(Ⅱ)催化剂,然后经氧化得到Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc)催化剂。末端环氧化合物在Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc)催化下进行水解动力学拆分,所得的手性二醇ee值达到99.7%。
Product 1 is produced by reaction of racemic diaminocyclohexane with L-(+)-tartric acid,then it is condensed with 3,5-di-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde to give chiral Ligand 2,after which 2 reacts with Co(OAc)2·4H2O,and then it is converted to Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc) by oxidation.Research in hydrolytic kinetic resolution of racemic terminal epoxides by Salen-Co(Ⅲ)(OAc) catalyst is conducted,and the ee value of chiral diol is of up to 99.7%.
