基于生物多样性保护的城市建设用地生态适宜性评价——以西鄂尔多斯地区为例 被引量:2

摘要 城市化是物种加速减少和灭绝的重要驱动力,合理的建设用地布局对生物多样性保护极为重要.以保护生物多样性为目标,对西鄂尔多斯地区进行城市建设用地生态适宜性评价.结果表明:(1)原有建成区周边、工矿用地最适宜城市建设,山前平原、低丘陵地区具有一定的建设优势,而农田、沙地、湿地、四合木(Tetraena mongolica)和鄂尔多斯半日花(Helianthe-mum soongoricum)保护区、藏锦鸡儿(Caragana tibetica)和沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mon-golicus)分布区等具有较高生物多样性地区不应进行开发建设.(2)就以现有城区为基础的城市扩展而言,最适宜城市建设用地分布于海勃湾区的北部和南部、海南区东北部和东南部、棋盘井东部地区、乌达区南部,在今后的城市建设中应合理规划注重生态环境的恢复. Urbanization significantly decreases biodiversity and may drive some species to extinction.For biodiversity conservation,it is urgent to make ecologically sensitive plans for further urban development.This study of the western part of Ordos plateau in Inner Mongolia,China,directly addresses this issue.Ecological suitability analysis of urban development in this area was conducted with the specific focus on biodiversity protection.The results show that:1)To have the minimal impact on ecosystems,the new construction should surround existing built-up areas and industrial land.Piedmont plain and low hilly regions have certain advantage on constrution,while farmlands,sandy land,wetland,nature reserves of Tetraena mongolica and Helianthemum soongoricum,plant communities dominated by Ammopiptanthus mongolicus and Caragana tibetica should not be used as construction land.2) For the urban expansion based on an existing build-up area,the most suitable land for construction distributed on the north and south part of Haibowan city,norteast and southeast part of Hainan city,east part of Qipanjing town,south part of Uda city.Reasonable plans and environment protection should be consided for further urban construction.
