摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS12.0对现有的3MDZK-12型棉花打顶机机架进行分析计算,结果显示:工作时机架的最大应力分布在主梁中部,最大变形在后梁中部,与实际观测变形位置相符。为此,以计算结果为依据,对机架进行了大量的计算机处理的应力值比较,进而对机架的结构进行了改进优化。计算分析结果为棉花打顶机的设计和使用提供了理论支持。
It was analsised and calculated to exist 3MDZK-12-type cotton topping machine frame by using the Finiteelement analysis software ANSYS12.0,the result shows that the biggest rack stress distribution in the main central beam work and the maximum deformation in the central girder at works,with the actual observation deformed position match..Use the large amount of computer treatment strain value to carry out comparison base on the results of calculate and improved optimization.Calculation results of the analysis for designing and using of cotton topping machine to provide a theoretical support.
