摘要
排沙器是利用风洞研究土壤风蚀问题时的重要装置。为此,针对0FDY-1.2可移动式风蚀风洞设计了排沙器,通过试验确定排沙器最小排沙量为0.53g/s。通过排沙器排沙一致性和排沙稳定性试验得出,其变异系数分别在3.65%~6.68%和3.52%~8.67%的范围内。同时,探索了排沙量在风洞流场内的分布均匀性情况,发现在风洞试验段入口6m风洞中央位置趋于风洞壁面处输沙量有减少的趋势。
Sand discharger is the essential device in studying the soil aeolian erosion through wind tunnel.A Sand discharger is designed for the 0FDY-1.2 type movable wind tunnel and its minimum sand discharging rate is determined as 0.53g/s through experiments.The experiments of consistency and stability show that the variation coefficient of the sand discharging stabilities are in the range of 3.65%~6.68% and 3.52%~8.67% respectively.Besides,the law of the evenness of sand distribution on the flow field of wind tunnel is explored tentatively,which shows that there is a decreasing tendency of the sand introducing rate from the center to the wall of wind tunnel in the experimental section 6m away from the entrance.
